TUNA PLEASURE SEAFOOD STORE

Privacy Notice

Effective October 30, 2026

Who handles your information

Tuna Pleasure Seafood Store handles the personal information you submit through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email tunapleasureseafoodstore@gmail.com.

Information we collect and why

When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact person’s name, any company name, phone number and email address you provide, the subject and product of interest, and your message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss product availability, orders, or delivery.

When you request an appointment, we collect the contact person’s name, any company name, at least one contact method, the purpose of the visit, preferred date and time, and any additional notes. We use these details to review and respond to your request. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment; a team member reviews it and contacts you.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a message or appointment note. Providing a request is voluntary, but we need a name and a way to contact you to respond.

How information is processed and who may receive it

The website sends submitted information over HTTPS to the Tuna Pleasure management system hosted with Hostinger. The primary owner, administrators, and staff with access to the relevant inbox or appointment workflow may view it to handle your request. Hostinger provides the website and database hosting service.

Appointment dates and times are automatically checked against configured business hours and scheduling rules. A team member reviews requests and makes the confirmation decision. The system does not use these form details for profiling or automated marketing.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may send standard connection information to Google when those fonts load. Brevo is used for internal account emails; the inquiry and appointment form details are not sent to Brevo by these forms. Tuna Pleasure does not sell these request details.

Retention and deletion

The primary owner manually reviews and deletes resolved inquiries and appointment requests when they are no longer needed. The system does not automatically delete these records on a set date. Hostinger may retain backup copies according to the hosting plan’s backup settings.

Your privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about, access, or correct information you submitted, or to request deletion or restriction where applicable. Email tunapleasureseafoodstore@gmail.com and describe your request. We may need enough information to identify the request before responding.

You may also contact the National Privacy Commission about data privacy rights and complaint procedures.
